Grant of options
London, 9 March 2018: NMC Health plc (LSE: NMC), the leading United Arab Emirates private healthcare operator with international services across 13 countries, announces that on 8 March 2018 it granted awards over a total of 46,219 Ordinary shares under its Deferred Share Bonus Plan.
These awards, by way of nil-cost options, were made to Directors and PDMRs of the Company as follows:

Under the terms of the Company's Short Term Incentive Plan, two-thirds of any earned bonus is to be provided in the form of a share award which provides that such shares are only released to participants after a deferral period of one-year in relation to 50% of the share award and two-years in relation to the remaining 50% of the award.
The DSBP is the plan which the Company is operating to deliver such deferred shares to scheme participants. The above award is in relation to the bonus earned pursuant to the 2017 Short Term Incentive Plan.
This notification is made in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation.
