Titanium Resources Group Ltd25 February 2008 For immediate release Stock Exchange Announcement Titanium Resources Group Grant of Share Options 25 February, 2008: The Board of Titanium Resources Group Ltd ("TRG" or "theCompany") announces that on 13 February 2008 it granted options over 1,450,000common shares to all of the directors and 7 employees of the Company. These options were granted pursuant to the Company's share option scheme, andare exercisable at 75.5p. One third will vest immediately, one third will veston the first anniversary of the date of the grant and the remaining third willvest on the second anniversary of the date of grant.
