Grant of options
Sound Oil plc ("Sound Oil" or the "Company") (AIM: SOU), the upstream oil and gas company with assets in Indonesia, announces that the board of the Company has today granted a total of 6,900,000 share options to certain employees and directors of the Company.
Gerry Orbell (Chairman and Chief Executive) was granted options over 1,725,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"); Tony Heath (Finance Director) was granted options over 1,035,000 Ordinary Shares; and Jossy Rachmantio (Director) was granted options over 1,035,000 Ordinary Shares. The options are exercisable at a price of 1.50p per share up to three years after the date of grant.
