(the "Company")
Grant of Options
The Company announces that further to the approval of the Telford Homes 2017 Long Term Incentive Plan (the 2017 LTIP) at yesterday's annual general meeting, it has today made awards to employees under the plan including the awards set out below to Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities.
The awards set out below are all in the form of nil cost options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Options"). The Options will vest in 3 years time subject to and in accordance with the Company achieving certain EPS targets as set out in the 2017 LTIP Rules which were described in the Company's 2017 Notice of AGM.
