Motivcom PLC21 June 2007 21 June 2007 Motivcom plc ("Motivcom" or "the Company") Grant of Options Motivcom today announces that in accordance with its intent and as set out inits Annual Report and Accounts for 2006, it has entered into a formal optionagreement (the "Agreement") with its Chairman, C T Lloyd. Under the Agreement CT Lloyd is entitled to receive options for every £20m by which the Company'smarket capitalisation increases above the Company's market capitalisation of£13,562,084 at the time of its admission to trading on the AIM market of LondonStock Exchange plc on 25 August 2004. The maximum amount of ordinary sharessubject to such options is 3.02% of the Company's issued share capital at thedate of the exercise of the options. Such options are exercisable at theirnominal value of 0.5 pence.
