Grant of Options
Hercules Site Services plc (AIM: HERC), a leading technology enabled labour supply company for the UK infrastructure sector, announces that options ("Options") to subscribe for a total of 493,250 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were granted on 13 February 2024 to certain employees of the Company.
The Options vest on 4 February 2027 and have an exercise price of 35.43 pence each, exercisable over the 2 years to 3 February 2029.
Granting of Options to PDMRs
As part of this grant of Options, certain persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") of the Company have received Options as follows:
