Grant of Options and Result of Annual General Meeting

ProPhotonix Limited, (London Stock Exchange - AIM: PPIX and PPIR, OTC: STKR.PK) announces that at its Annual General Meeting held on 24 July 2013, all resolutions were duly passed. In addition, the following share options were granted over Common Shares, under the 2007 Stock Incentive Plan, to non executive directors in line with their service contracts.

Appointment of Mark Weidman

As previously announced on 26 June 2013 and following the passing of the resolutions, the Board is pleased to confirm the appointment of Mark Weidman as a Non-Executive Director. With regard to his appointment the following disclosures are required under AIM Rule 17.
