Grant of Savings-Related Share Options and Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ('PDMR') and persons closely associated with them
TP ICAP Group plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has launched a Savings-Related Share Option Plan (the "2021 SRSO Plan") for all eligible employees.
Eligible employees were invited to subscribe for options ("Options") over the Company's ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") which have been granted at an exercise price of £1.9294 per Ordinary Share in accordance with the terms of the 2021 SRSO Plan. The Options were issued on 23 April 2021 and will normally be exercisable from 1 June 2024 for six months.
1,091 employees have elected to participate in the 2021 SRSO Plan and as a result Options over a total of 7,059,105 Ordinary Shares have been granted in respect of the 2021 SRSO Plan, representing 0.895% of the Company's issued share capital.
