Noricum Gold Limited ('Noricum Gold' or 'the Company')
Grant of Options and Director Shareholding
Noricum Gold Limited announces that the Remuneration Committee has agreed to issue options over a total of 500,000,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of the Company at an exercise price of 0.14p per share. These options will vest immediately and will expire on 20 July 2021.
The options represent in aggregate 10.43% of the existing share capital of the Company and have been issued to a number of employees and advisors to the Company as well as a director in line with the Company's ongoing incentive plans.
The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail on the grant of options to a director.
