Grant of Options
The Board of the Company announce that 505,000 options were granted under the Company's EMI share option scheme to senior staff to incentivise them to deliver the strategic goals of the business. As part of the overall grant, the following options were granted to Executive Directors:

All options were granted on 29 January 2016 and will vest in three equal tranches on 31 December 2016, 31 December 2017 and 31 December 2018 subject to the delivery of financial performance in line with or exceeding expectations. The exercise price has been set at £1.27, the closing mid-market price on the date of grant.
