West African Diamonds PLC ('West African Diamonds' or 'the Company')
Grant of Options
West African Diamonds announces that it has granted a total of 2,000,000 options to the Directors of the Company with an exercise price of 3p (`the Options'). The Options were granted effective 23 July 2009 and are exercisable for a period of 7 years from that date.
