PLUS MARKETS GROUP PLC ("THE COMPANY")
The Company announces that the following Directors of the Company were granted options over ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company on 18 January 2007 as detailed below:
1,845,595 S M Brickles3,131,841 B A Taylor1,557,449 C P Theret
In addition options totalling 6,012,652 were granted to other staff members.
All of these options were granted pursuant to the Company's Unapproved Share Option Plan, at an exercise price of 17.25 pence each, reflecting the average of the closing mid prices of trading on 16, 17 and 18 January 2007. The options become exercisable from 18 January 2010 and have an expiry date of 18 January 2017.
