Renew Holdings PLC03 December 2007 Renew Holdings plc Grant of Options 3 December 2007 Renew Holdings plc, the specialist construction services business, today issuedoptions to subscribe for ordinary shares to Brian May, Chief Executive, and JohnSamuel, Finance Director as to 265,048 and 152,912 shares respectively, underthe Renew 2004 Executive Share Option Scheme. The options are exercisable at aprice of 103 pence after 3 December 2010 and thereafter for a period of sevenyears. The options will only be exercisable to the extent that the results forthe year ending 30 September 2010 meet certain performance targets.
