Grant of Options
dotdigital Group plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading provider of intuitive Software as a Service ("SaaS") and managed services to digital marketing professionals, is pleased to announce that pursuant to the Group's approved Enterprise Management Incentive Share Option Scheme, the Company has granted a total of 206,460 options over ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.07% of dotdigital's total voting rights. The exercise price for these options is 44.5 pence being the share price at the time of grant on 26th April 2016. These options are being granted to a key employee.
Following this grant of options, the total number of share options outstanding will be 4,360,620 representing 1.49% of dotdigital's total voting rights.
