Grant of Options

Under the terms of the Company's Global Option Plan, MRS has today granted a total of 6,900,000 options to subscribe for ordinary shares ("Options") to a director and certain employees and consultants, as follows:

Paul Brenton (Director and Chief Executive Officer) 2,000,000

Jonathan McTaggart (Chief Operating Officer of MRS Services Group) 1,000,000

Shaun Fraser (General Manager of Civil and Earthworks Division) 500,000

Other employees and consultants 3,400,000

The Options may be exercised in whole or in part at any time up to the seventh anniversary of grant at a price of 7p per option, subject to the overriding condition that no Option may be exercised unless the quoted price of the Company's ordinary shares is at least 15p.
