GRANT OF OPTIONS

GoldStone Resources Limited ("GoldStone" or the "Company") announces that on 28 June 2010 Gennen McDowall, a Non-Executive Director of GoldStone, was granted options to subscribe for 1,500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at an exercise price of 6.5p per share. The options are exercisable one year from the date of grant for a period of six years until 28 June 2017.
