Grant of Options
The Company announces that it has made awards to employees under the Telford Homes 2017 Long Term Incentive Plan including the awards set out below to Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities.
The awards set out below are all in the form of nil cost options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Options"). The Options will vest in 3 years' time subject to and in accordance with the Company achieving certain EPS targets.
