Option agreement
The Board of the Company announces that on 29 October 2009 the Company granted Old Park Lane Capital plc an option to subscribe for a total of 333,333 new ordinary shares of 1 penny each in SerVision. The option has been issued in consideration for services provided by Old Park Lane Capital plc pursuant to the Placing announced by the Company on 19 August 2009. The option is exercisable at 9p per ordinary share at any time within 3 years of issue.
