Grant of Options
iomart Group plc, the managed hosting company, announces that on 6 October 2008 the remuneration committee awarded Angus MacSween, Chief Executive Officer, Sarah Haran, Operations Director and Richard Logan, Financial Director 1,200,000 options each over the Company's ordinary 1p shares at the exercise price of 46.5 pence per share, exercisable between 6 October 2011 and 6 October 2018.
All of the options have been granted under the Company's Unapproved Scheme. Details of the Unapproved Scheme are available in the Company's 2008 Annual Report and Accounts.
Following this award Mr MacSween has options over 1,662,302 shares representing approximately 1.66 per cent of iomart's issued share capital, Mrs Haran has options over 2,434,161 shares representing approximately 2.43 per cent of iomart's issued share capital, and Mr Logan has options over 1,750,000 shares representing approximately 1.75 per cent of iomart's issued share capital.
