NETeller PLC23 November 2006 GRANT OF OPTIONS On 20 November 2006 the Company granted 3,750,000 options to Eligible Executivesover the Company's ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each under the NETeller PlcShare Option Plan (the "Plan"). These options were granted at an exercise priceof 138 pence, being the average of the mid-closing price of the Company's sharesfor the three trading days prior to 20 November 2006. The period during which these options can be exercised is between 14 April 2007and 14 April 2010. Included within this amount were the following option grantsto Directors: Options Granted (subject to acceptance) Gord Herman 550,000 Dale Johnson 225,000 Don Lindsay 40,000 Ron Martin 600,000 John Webster 40,000 In accordance with the Plan rules, Eligible Executives (including Directors)have until 5 January 2007 to accept their respective option grants, followingwhich a further announcement will be made confirming the number of optionsgranted in total, and for each Director. Any options which are not accepted bythe above date will lapse.
