ZOO Digital Group plc (the "Company")
Grant of options
The Board of ZOO Digital Group plc announces that on 7 October 2008 the Board granted a further 817,168 share options to its employees, all of which are capable of being exercised at an exercise price of 15 pence per share. This brings the total in issue to 3,134,565 options, representing 14.7% of the issued share capital. The following were granted to directors:

All options granted are available to be exercised as follows:
40 per cent. of the options may be exercised following the first anniversary of the date of grant.
A further 30 per cent. of the option may be exercised following the second anniversary of the date of grant.
The final 30 per cent. of the option may be exercised following the third anniversary of the date of grant.
