Grant of nil cost options
Cambian Group plc, following the announcement of the disposal of the adult services business on 28 December 2016, has now made awards under its Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") as previously set out in the Circular dated 9 December 2016, to its Chief Executive, Saleem Asaria over 301,810 shares and its Chief Operating Officer Anne Marie Carrie over 181,086 shares ("Awards"). Awards have also been made to Group Property Director David Turner over 90,543 shares and to Group Business Development Director Jeremy Wiles over 90,543 shares.
The awards for executives under the LTIP are equivalent to 100% of salary and for David Turner and Jeremy Wiles are equivalent to 75% of salary and will vest on the third anniversary of grant subject to an absolute total shareholder return metric being met.
The Remuneration Committee expects to make the next LTIP award in 2017, following the announcement of the Company's preliminary results for the financial year ended 31 December 2016 in line with the normal remuneration cycle. It is proposed a similar metric will be considered for future awards in line with the new strategic plan and its approved remuneration policy. Shareholders will be informed of any material proposed changes.
