Grant of Employee Options
BrandShield Systems plc (AIM: BRSD), a leading provider of cybersecurity solutions from brand protection to online threat hunting, announces that it has issued options over a total of 1,680,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Options") to new employees recruited in the past few months and one existing employee, all at an exercise price of £0.25.
The Options vest over a four-year period, with 25% vesting after 12 months and the remaining Options vesting in equal quarterly instalments.
