Burren Energy PLC21 June 2007 Thursday 21 June 2007 Burren Energy PLC ("Burren" or "the Company") Grant of Awards On 23 May 2007, the Remuneration Committee granted awards to executivemanagement and staff to acquire a total of 327,842 ordinary shares of 20p eachin the Company under the Company's Performance Share Plan ("PSP"). The shareswill vest for nil consideration, subject to certain performance conditions beingmet, on 23 May 2010 and are exercisable for a period of 6 months thereafter. On the same date, the Remuneration Committee granted awards to acquire a totalof 276,398 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company under the Company's 2006Performance Share Bonus Plan ("2006 PSBP"). The shares will vest for nilconsideration, subject to certain performance conditions being met, on 23 May2009 and are exercisable for a period of 6 months thereafter.
