Grant of award under LTIP
Joules Group plc (the "Company") announces that Tom Joule has released the award over 194,767 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") granted to him in July 2016 under the Joules 2016 Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP") and has been granted a new award under the LTIP over 194,767 Ordinary Shares on the same terms as the released award (which includes an exercise price of 1 pence per Ordinary Share).
This Release and Re-Grant is as referred to in the Company's Notice of its 2017 Annual General Meeting and has been entered into following the approval by the Company's shareholders of the relevant resolutions at the AGM.
