Goldstone Announces Results of Annual General Meeting

Stratex wishes to report that Goldstone Resources Limited ("Goldstone"; AIM: GRL) in which it holds a 33.45 per cent interest, has announced that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions received the necessary shareholder approval.

Resolutions passed included:

· Approval for the conversion of a loan of up to £400,000 from Paracale Gold Limited; and

· Granting of the authority to directors to issue shares on a non-pre-emptive basis, which will allow the issue of ordinary shares to certain directors in lieu of outstanding fees and salaries.

On conversion of the Paracale loan and issue of shares to directors, Stratex's holding in Goldstone will be 23.36%.
