Grant of awards under the GoCompare.com Group plc Performance Share Plan and Deferred Bonus Plan
The information contained in this notification is disclosed in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
On 3 April 2019, GoCompare.com Group plc (the "Company") granted conditional share awards over the number of ordinary shares in the Company of £0.0002 under the Company's 2016 Performance Share Plan and the 2016 Deferred Bonus Plan ("DBP").
No consideration was paid for the grant of the awards under the DBP and no performance conditions are attached to the award. The first third of the shares will vest and become exercisable on the first anniversary of the grant date, 3 April 2020; the second third of the shares will vest and become exercisable on the second anniversary of the grant date, 3 April 2021; and the remaining shares will vest on the third anniversary of the grant date, 3 April 2022.
