London - 13 November 2015 - The Joint Administrators of the Company have today received resignation letters from Barry M. Ariko, Non-Executive Chairman and Joseph Coughlin, Non-Executive Director. The resignations of both Mr. Ariko and Mr. Coughlin take effect immediately.
