Hydro International (AIM: HYD), a leading provider of environmentally sustainable and innovative products for the control and treatment of water, is pleased to announce today a new operational management structure, which has been implemented by Chief Executive, Michael Jennings, who joined Hydro on 22 July 2013.

A new global leadership team has been established at the operational level, comprising Steve Hides as President of the Americas, Martin Foyle as Managing Director of Europe (including UK & Ireland), Clive Evans as International Business Director (focusing on Russia, Middle East, Africa and APAC), Tony Hollox as Chief Financial Officer, Bob Andoh as Chief Technology Officer and Roger Crook who is joining Hydro in December 2013 as Group Commercial Director. Roger will be based at the Group headquarters in Clevedon, UK. In this position he will lead Hydro's product management, development and marketing efforts globally. Roger brings a wealth of international business experience. He joins from MBA Polymers, an international product-led business focused on sustainable plastics, where he was the global Business Development Director. Previously Roger spent 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry in senior roles spanning General Management, R&D, Sales and Marketing and Business Development at large global corporations, such as Wellcome (now GlaxoSmithKline), BOC Edwards, Tianli and IMA Life.
