Glanbia plc complete the acquisition of SlimFast

Completion of acquisition of SlimFast

19th November 2018 

Further to its announcement on 11 October, 2018, Glanbia plc ("Glanbia"), the global nutrition group, today confirms that it has now completed the acquisition of KSF Holdings LLP and HNS Intermediate Corporation who collectively own SlimFast and other brands ("SlimFast"). The completion conditions having been satisfied and regulatory approvals obtained.
