Gift of 410,000 shares by director

Richland Resources Ltd, the gemstone producer and developer, was notified on 8th May 2015 that on 7th May 2015, Nicholas Sibley, a non-executive Director, arranged the transfer, by way of gift, of 410,000 common shares of US$0.0003 each in the Company which he had a beneficial interest in, to The Queen's Royal Hussars (The Queen's Own And Royal Irish) Regimental Charity (charity number 1043673). Following the transaction, Mr. Sibley remains interested in 13,901,788 common shares, representing 6.4% of the Company's issued share capital.
