Gibraltar Facility Update

Nature Group PLC (AIM:NGR), provides an update relating to the waste treatment facility owned by its Gibraltar subsidiary, Nature Port Reception Facilities Limited ("NPRFL").

As previously announced, the Gibraltar authorities restricted access to the site after the explosion on 31 May while they conducted their formal investigation into the causes of the incident.

On 14 July Gibraltar's Health and Safety Inspectorate granted full access to NPRFL to the plant.

Under supervision of the local authorities further damage assessment has started and cleaning operations in the affected area are planned to commence as soon as possible. NPRFL's license to operate the "sullage plant" (installation) will remain suspended untill the necessary improvements and repairs have been made, this does not impede collection services in the port.
