Centaur Media PLC01 November 2006 Geoff Wilmot becomes Chief Executive of Centaur Media plc November 1st 2006: Geoff Wilmot today becomes Chief Executive Officer of CentaurMedia plc ('Centaur' or 'the Company'), the specialist business publishing andinformation group. Geoff has been with Centaur since 1998, having joined as Group Finance Director.Immediately prior to joining Centaur he was Chief Financial Officer of the legaland professional division within Thomson Corporation and he has also held rolesat Morgan Crucible plc, Dexion Group plc and Scruttons plc. Graham Sherren, who founded the Company in 1982, steps down as Chief ExecutiveOfficer but remains as Executive Chairman of Centaur.
