("Herencia" or "the Company")General Update
The Company confirms that Graeme Sloan had previously indicated his intention to step down as Managing Director with effect from the end of July 2016, however the Company confirms that Graeme has agreed to remain as Managing Director until a suitable successor can be found. It is currently anticipated that this will occur towards the end of August 2016. Further updates will be provided in due course.
In addition, the Company confirms that with immediate effect the registered office of the Company is now 6th floor, 60 Gracechurch Street, London EC3V OHR.
