Adjournment of General Meeting
Notice of the Adjourned General Meeting
and
Publication of supplementary circular
Itsarm plc (formerly In The Style Group plc) (AIM: ITS) ("Itsarm" or the "Company"), announces that, further to the announcement dated 4 May 2023, at the general meeting of the Company convened earlier today (the "General Meeting") the chairman, with the consent of the meeting, adjourned the General Meeting to 9.30 a.m. on 26 May 2023 at the offices of Hudson Sandler LLP, 25 Charterhouse Square, London EC1M 6AE (the "Adjourned General Meeting").
A circular containing the notice of the Adjourned General Meeting will be published and posted to shareholders later today (the "Supplementary Circular").
Shareholders that have already voted need take no further action as voting instructions will continue to be valid in respect of the Adjourned General Meeting.
If Shareholders have not yet voted, proxy votes must be received no later than 9.30 a.m. on 24 May 2023.
The Supplementary Circular will shortly be available for viewing on the Company's website at www.itsarmplc.co.uk.
