GE AM Completion of Sale in London & Stamford

GENERAL ELECTRIC PENSION TRUST SALE OF

LONDON & STAMFORD PROPERTY PLC SHARES

GE Asset Management Incorporated (in its capacity as investment manager of the General Electric Pension Trust) hereby announce that they have completed the sale of its ordinary shares in London & Stamford Property plc ("London & Stamford").

Due to demand for shares received during bookbuilding today, it was decided to increase the number of shares to be sold to 73,984,060, representing the entirety of the London & Stamford shares held by General Electric Pension Trust. This constitutes approximately 13.6 per cent of the issued share capital of London & Stamford.

The shares were sold at a price of 100 pence per ordinary share, raising gross proceeds of c.£74 million.

Credit Suisse acted as sole bookrunner and joint lead manager, and Peel Hunt as joint lead manager, in relation to the sale.
