Gazprom placed Series 35 of EMTN

On 19 February 2014 OJSC Gazprom placed Series 35 of loan participation notes in the amount of Euro 750 million

On 19 February 2014 OJSC Gazprom priced Series 35 of loan participation notes in the amount of Euro750 million. The notes were issued by Gaz Capital S.A., a Luxembourg special purpose vehicle, under Gazprom's EMTN Programme.

Series 35 issue of loan participation notes was priced at par. Euro 750 million Series 35 notes    due 26 February 2021 will have an annual coupon of 3.6%.

Crédit Agricole CIB, Gazprombank and J.P. Morgan acted as joint bookrunners and joint lead managers with respect to the notes.

The proceeds of the offering will be used to finance a loan to OJSC Gazprom. The proceeds of the loan to OJSC Gazprom will be used for general corporate purposes.
