Gardner Aerospace Holdings Limited - update

Further to Better Capital PCC Limited's (the "Company") announcement on 5 May 2017 in relation to the proposed disposal of Gardner Aerospace Holdings Limited to Ligeance Investments Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Shaanxi Ligeance Mineral Resources Co., Ltd., the General Partner to BECAP Fund LP has advised the board of the Company that completion is now anticipated on 12 June 2017.

Terms of the proposed disposal are unchanged and are as previously announced.
