Galaxy Tranche 2 Payment Expected before May 15th

Panthera Resources plc (AIM: PAT), the gold exploration and development company with assets in India and West Africa, is pleased to provide an update regarding the anticipated payment from Galaxy Gold.

The payment, originally due by 31 March 2019, has been delayed as a result of various administrative issues relating to the Indian financial year and the current elections in India. We maintain a regular and constructive dialogue with both Galaxy and its principal financial supporter, Hunch Ventures and Investments (Hunch). The management of Hunch has assured Panthera that funds will be available for processing during the first two weeks of May 2019.
