FY25 Update and Notice of Trading Update
Frontier Developments plc (AIM: FDEV, 'Frontier', the 'Company', or the 'Group'), a leading developer and publisher of video games based in Cambridge, UK, is pleased to announce an update on trading for the 12 months ending 31 May 2025 ('FY25').
Trading
Revenue for FY25 is expected to be approximately £90 million (FY24: £89.3 million), which is ahead of expectations1 through strong performances across Frontier's game portfolio.
The better-than-expected revenue performance, further boosted with a gain of £3.5 million on the sale of the publishing rights for the Foundry game Stranded: Alien Dawn (which is not accounted for as revenue), will deliver stronger-than-expected profitability in FY25 and a higher-than-expected cash position.
Notice of Trading Update
The Company will provide further information on FY25 and current trading in a Trading Update on Wednesday 11 June 2025. The Company expects to hold a video call for analysts and institutional investors at 09.30am on the morning of the update.
1 The range of analysts' expectations for FY25 revenue is currently £85 million to £89 million
