Further update re Marina Dorcol

Further to the announcements released on 6 June 2016 and 7 June 2016, the Company announces that it received from the Municipality of Belgrade a unilateral termination of the lease agreement over the Marina Dorcol Project in Belgrade, Serbia.

Kimberly is still in negotiations with the Municipality in order to determine the level and timing of the compensation as a result of the above termination. A previously announced, the net cash flow and the timing to conclude the settlement with the Municipality cannot be predicted at this stage with any certainty.

This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of EU Regulation 596/2014.
