Further update on Investment in Ve Interactive Limited

Further to the announcement made earlier today, the Company is now formally aware that its principal investment, Ve Interactive Limited ("Ve Interactive") has announced that it had gone into administration and has been bought out of administration by the interim management team. The Board are in dialogue with management of Ve Interactive and its advisors with a view to exploring all avenues it may have of preserving its investment in the Ve Interactive business going forward. The Board is aware that a number of shareholder groups are evaluating the integrity of the events of the last few days and are considering a challenge to their legitimacy. At this time, the Board is unable to determine the likely success of any challenge to this process of administration, nor whether or not it will be able to secure an ongoing interest in the Ve Interactive business going forward. As stated earlier today, the Board will provide a more complete update at the appropriate time.
