FURTHER RE: STRATEGIC REVIEW
Delling Group PLC ("Delling" or the "Group"), the AIM listed marketing support services group, whose principal assets are in Scandinavia, advises that further to its strategic review, which was announced on 10 December 2008 and the subsequent placing into administrative receivership of the Swedish division of its marketing services outsourcing business, comprising of the following businesses: (1.) Dellinger Group AB, Stockholm, Sweden and (2.) Dellinger Marketing Support Services AB, Stockholm, Sweden, Mr Henrik Wetzenstein of Nordia has been appointed administrative receiver to these companies in Sweden.
