Requisition of an Extraordinary General Meeting of Leaf Clean EnergyCompany Further to the announcement on 6 March 2014 and the announcement released byLeaf Clean Energy Company ("Leaf") earlier today, the Fund announces that ithas withdrawn its requisition for Leaf to hold an extraordinary general meetingto change the board and the investment strategy. The announcement released by Leaf earlier today contained the followingwording: "The Company announces that Peter Tom and Bran Keogh have tendered theirresignation as Directors of the Company with effect from 31 May 2014. StephenCoe and Mark Lerdal will be appointed as directors of the Company with effectfrom 1 April 2014. Peter and Bran have agreed to remain as directors until 31May 2014 to allow for an orderly handover of their responsibilities. Followinga transition period, Mark Lerdal will take on the role of Chairman as well asday to day management responsibilities for the Company. Stephen Coe will beappointed as a non-executive director and will be chairman of the auditcommittee."
