Natasa Mining Ltd advises that Kryso Resources plc has been notified that Chrisilios Kyriakou and Jonathan Reynolds have been nominated for election as directors of that company at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on 30 June 2010.

In the meanwhile, the Company is liaising with Kryso Resources plc to secure these appointments prior to the AGM.
