Chariot (UK) PLC06 April 2006 Thursday 6 April CHARIOT (UK) PLC (the "Company") GRANT OF OPTIONS Further to the announcement of the grant of options to certain directors of theCompany and the Company's management team made by the Company on 29 March 2006,the Company announce that due to technical considerations it has not beenpossible to proceed with the grant of options under the Chariot (UK) plc CompanyShare Option Plan (the "CSOP"). The options referred to in that announcementhave not, therefore, been granted. The Board will reconsider a grant of optionsunder the CSOP, together with any other appropriate incentive schemes, in duecourse and a further announcement will be made when any decision is reached.
