Further re Exercise of Options

24 April 2008 iPoint-Media plc (the "Company") Exercise of Options - Correction

On 17 April 2008, the Company announced that Effi Bazia, Finance Director, had exercised options over 59,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), taking his total holding in the Company to 159,000 ordinary shares.

However, following a sale of 100,000 Ordinary Shares on 24 January 2008, Mr Bazia's entire holding in the capital of the Company is 59,000 Ordinary Shares, and not 159,000 Ordinary Shares as previously announced.
