Q&A session with Chair Jonathan Simpson-Dent at 12.30pm on 27 March 2026

Edinburgh Worldwide Investment Trust plc (EWIT or the Company) will host a live Q&A session on Friday, 27 March 2026, at 12.30pm (GMT), reflecting a change from the previously advertised start time of 12.00pm.

Shareholders who have already registered for the event need take no further action. As a reminder, the webinar will provide shareholders with the opportunity to ask the Chair, Jonathan Simpson-Dent, questions in relation to the proposed Tender Offer. The session will be open to all shareholders and other interested parties.
