Further re Dividend

At the Adjourned Annual General Meeting on 20 November 2020, GIF shareholders approved a final dividend of 3.0 cents per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 30 June 2020.

The dividend will be paid on 5 March 2021 to ordinary shareholders on the register as at 5 February 2020 (the "Record Date"). The corresponding ex-dividend date will be 4 February 2021 and the last date for receipt of currency elections will be 5 p.m. on 12 February 2020.
