18 October 2012 Suretrack Monitoring plc ("Suretrack" or the "Company") Second Court Hearing
Further to the announcement made on 9 October 2012 regarding the disposal of Sure-Track Europe Limited ("Sure-Track Europe"), Suretrack Monitoring plc announces that the second and final court hearing relating to the capital reorganisation, which is required to allow the Company to exercise the call option over the 117,538,809 ordinary shares held by the purchasers of Sure-Track Europe, was concluded on 17 October 2012.
Following the successful conclusion of the court hearing the resolution has now been passed and as such the Company will commence the share buy-back.
